Please bring a mat and water to each of our exercise classes.
Yoga, PIYO, and Senior stretch fitness are $6 per class for residents and $8 for non-residents.
Body Blast is $10 per class, first class is free to try!
October Fitness Schedule
Yoga: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30am-8:30am at the Clubhouse
PIYO: Monday and Wednesday from 9:30am-10:30am at the Clubhouse
Senior Stretch Fitness: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00am-11:45am at the Clubhouse
Body Blast: Monday and Wednesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm at the Clubhouse Pavilion
YOGA: Postures are practice aligning, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and mediation are also integrated.
PIYO: is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.
Senior Stretch Fitness: This class is designed to increase mobility while working on flexibility, balance, and strength. This class is geared towards beginner to intermediate level individuals. Class will use a chair for sitting and standing movements. A stretching band will be provided!
Body Blast: This class allows participants to experience strength, cardio, and stretching exercises in a fun small group setting. This is a circuit-based workout including weights and cardio training in short intervals. The class is finished off with stretching!
